Killarney And District

We are a vibrant Club whose members enjoy working with the community to raise awareness of the challenges faced by women. We host various fundraising events each year including our very successful Shrove Tuesday pancake fundraising morning. This event raised over €5500 this year, with the proceeds split between the Red Cross Ukrainian appeal and Rockmount Care Centre who specialise in dementia care. Women’s issues are at the forefront of our work and each year we provide Christmas hampers to the Adapt Women’s Refuge. Our members are also helping to organise two refugee centres to help women and children who have come to Ireland from the Ukraine. We welcome new members as it’s important to us to grow our network and expand our work.
