At a recent meeting of the Mullingar Soroptimist Club, a cheque for €5,000 was presented to Mr Paul Devanney of the Mullingar branch of the  St Vincent De Paul Society. Two further cheques for €500 each were presented to Ms  Pearl Brock CEO of Good2Talk and Mr John Mc Cauley for the Tanzanian Project that he has spearheaded over many years. 

Soroptimists wish to acknowledge the ongoing support from the public which enables these worthy charities to continue to support those most in need in our local community.

On November 6th Mullingar Soroptimists will celebrate their 30th Anniversary with a lunch in the Bloomfield House Hotel Mullingar. Tickets for the event can be accessed by emailing SIMullingar@gmail.com.
